Our mission is to empower people to overcome the daily challenges of life using products which are natural and offer an alternative to synthetic ingredients
I'm Katy Kennedy, the company's founder and product creator. I was a NICU nurse for 36 years and I absolutely loved my job, but I started to experience in my later 40s the struggle with menopause symptoms. Sleeplessness, achy joints and overall low energy. After trying the hormone replacement therapy and antidepressants which did not work for me, I decided to research and experiment with magnesium supplements, essential oils and marine elements to help me recover. The Magnesium and essential oils made a huge difference to my capacity to sleep and relax, thereby making me so much more energised and able to cope with the challenges the daytime brought.
I found that as humans we are all lacking in basic minerals and elements that if replaced properly can have an amazing effect on our overall wellbeing. Not just for Menopausal women but for everyone. Magnesium in particular is needed for a whole host of daily cellular functions that keep our bodies working effectively.
